In collaboration with company leadership, I translated over 25 marketing and brand strategies into cohesive, stunning, and engaging visual stories. Lead creative and visual standards for the design team (in-house and freelance) to develop concepts into executable creative. Notable work included two Marcom Award-winning projects: the Balzer and Tuck logo rebrand and website (balzertuck.com), and the “Faith & Family” driver recruitment campaign for Nussbaum Transportation, which included developing four family-themed full-wrap trailer graphics from campaign inception to photomanipulation of final art (nussbaum.com/hauloffaith). 
Additionally, worked side-by-side with company leadership and helped lead creative solutions in the brand and marketing development, promotion, and launch of CultureTalk. Creative work included brand identity, certification and workshop training materials, marketing collateral, testimonial videos and website (culturetalk.com).
