Work began with a refreshed corporate identity and brand standards, then extended across the hospital's first Annual Quality Report, patient education materials, community direct mail, service promotion posters, and Foundation fundraising event campaigns.

Patient Education Materials
Multipage brochure for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, given to patients ahead of their procedure to walk them through preparation, what to expect, and recovery at home. Softer, more feminine design choices acknowledge the audience and the personal nature of the subject.
Community Engagement Mailer
Roll-fold self-mailer profiling the hospital's services and physicians, framing Saratoga as the regional medical center with hometown care: the expertise of a larger system, the feel of a community hospital.
Service Promotion Posters
Large-format posters displayed throughout hospital hallways and offices, promoting new equipment, recognitions and awards, physician introductions, and Foundation events.
